Shirley Yan

Shirley (she/her) is an associate at MLT Aikins LLP who practices commercial litigation, including commercial disputes, mortgage and debt enforcement, and IP litigation.

Shirley obtained her JD from Thompson Rivers University in 2021, was called to the British Columbia bar in 2022, and was elected to the VBA in 2024.
