Liam Babbitt

Liam is a commercial litigator at Lindsay Kenney LLP. He has a broad practice of acting for clients in a wide range disputes of including shareholder and partnership disputes, contractual disputes, and professional negligence disputes. Liam has made appearances at the BC Supreme Court, BC Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Liam obtained his Juris Doctor from University of Vicotria in 2019 and was called to the BC bar in 2020
